Return/Exchange Policy:

We accept returns for store credit ONLY, on full priced items, within 7 days of receipt. Items must have tags intact and be in unworn, brand new condition. Please contact shoptalnewyork@gmail.com to begin the process. We don't do exchanges. Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. If an item is returned dirty or damaged, we cannot accept back and a new shipping label will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Care:

We recommend spot cleaning all headwear. Machine washing is not advisable. 

Re-Ship Policy:

If the customer provided an incorrect or invalid address and the package gets returned to us, we will have to charge a re-ship fee of $5 (for USA orders, international is higher). We subsidize the cost of shipping on the original order which is why there is an additional fee to send the package again. 

Invalid Address :

If the customer provided an incorrect or invalid address and the package is delivered to that address, we are not responsible to issue a new package. Providing the correct mailing address is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Order Cancellations:

If for any reason, you’d like to cancel your order/item, please email shoptalnewyork@gmail.com and we will do our best to do so. There will be a 5% restocking fee for cancelled orders/items. This is the fee we are charged by Shopify.

Gift Packaging:

We can send a card and/or gift bag if you will be gifting your order - please specify in order notes. We can also write a card for you if you will be sending the gift directly to the recipient (please specify in order notes).

Custom Orders and Personalized Items:

Any custom made or personalized orders, or initial bearing items, are considered final sale.

International Orders:

Choose "International Shipping" at checkout. Any taxes or duties incurred upon international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
