We accept returns for store credit ONLY, on full priced items, within 7 days of receipt. Items must have tags intact and be in unworn, brand new condition. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process. We don't do exchanges. Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
We recommend spot cleaning all headwear. Machine washing is not advisable.
We can send a card and/or gift bag if you will be gifting your order - please specify in order notes. We can also write a card for you if you will be sending the gift directly to the recipient (please specify in order notes).
